  Your deposit covers the first two weeks of rent. For example, if you move in on a Friday, your deposit will cover your stay for the following two weeks. After that period, you will begin paying the regular weekly rent for your living space. A monthly deposit option is also available.

• Do you accept residents with felony convictions? >

  Yes, we do accept individuals with felony convictions. However, the safety and well-being of everyone in the home is our top priority. Each application is reviewed carefully to ensure that new residents will contribute to a supportive, respectful, and secure environment for all.

• Who is eligible to join the sober living home? >

  Men of all ages who are committed to maintaining sobriety and are willing to follow house guidelines.

• Is parking available for my car at the Loft? >

  Yes, resident are given designated parking.

• How do I apply for housing? >
